etnies PAS Collection
Pierre-André Senizergues (PAS), former world champion skateboarder and owner of etnies, in celebration of etnies 20 Year anniversary in 2006 decided that he would begin designing a special limited edition collection to give once a year to one select retailer around the world. Bringing back his original etnies pro model shoe, the Senix, PAS has brought to life innovative collections that experiment with material applications and thoughtful design techniques all with a personal touch.
In 2007, PAS introduced Transparency Facts to the collection’s shoe making process for consumers to see the ecologically sensitive details incorporated into each shoe. In 2008, the etnies PAS collection became 100% carbon neutral through manufacturing efforts and some carbon offsetting.

2010 / The Sixth Element
As skateboarding progresses into its sixth decade (from the early 60’s to now 2010), Pierre-André Senizergues (PAS), former world champion skateboarder and etnies owner, designed the new etnies PAS Collection to symbolize the entrance of an important and new phase — the Sixth Element. This collection celebrates etnies’ expanding family of skateboarders becoming fathers and passing on their passion to their children with a father and son pair. The Sixth Element symbolizes a whole new generation emerging, with a nod to skateboarders of the past. This is the essential link to continue to defy convention with the ever- evolving skateboard chain of the future.
The collection offers 3 adult styles with 3 complimentary toddler styles depicting the different stages that Pierre-André has encountered in life. View project PDF

2009 / Sacre Green
SACRE GREEN is the first 100% etnies carbon neutral sneaker collection made from sustainable materials and housed in a shoe box that can be planted from the seeds interlaced in the material. Each shoe features recyclable materials including organic hemp, bamboo and textiles with the use of soy-based inks, water-based glue, PET recycled laces and recycled rubber. All of the leather in the shoes is vegetable tanned, VOC free and constructed with organic cotton stitching. The collection is unique in depicting Senizergues’ environmental influences that include handcrafted colorful patchwork, Native American inspired design and ties into Senizergues’ commitment of having a carbon neutral company by 2020.

2008 / 22 Voila Les Flics
Over the years, skateboarders have been chased by the cops! In Senizergues’ hometown of France, they would yell
22 voila les flics!
and Pierre-André and his friends would get the hell out of there. To pay tribute to etnies heritage and celebrate its 22 years, Senizergues has re-invented an etnies classic, his Senix pro model. The design comes from his early days of skateboarding and brings a new flavor with colors and materials of today. The cops are coming …voila les flics!

2006 / Gratitude
The etnies PAS Gratitude Collection is a special one-of-a-kind collection designed by Pierre-André Senizergues (PAS), owner and CEO of etnies today, entrepreneur, designer and former world champion skateboarder. This collection was specifically created to thank the early supporters of etnies who believed and supported PAS while he was trying to launch etnies from his car and survive as an American immigrant. Today, 20 years later, etnies has made it and is still going strong. Without their unconditional support, this would have not been possible and with this exclusive collection PAS sends his gratitude.
